Tara Oberholtzer2024-05-02From start to finish which was about 2.5 weeks Frank and Matt were nothing but pleasant and answered any questions I had and did a wonderful job rebuilding my 3rd floor bedroom from studs. A mini split system was also installed with the help of their hvac person. They were on time and it held up in traffic communicated to let me know. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future work. Absolutely Frank!

Even cooler while flexibly permitting us to work and play during the rehab period. It is my great pleasure to award the five stars for such a honest and hardworking community leaders and company, it’s been a privilege to work together.

Frank the owner came out to give an estimate and within 2 weeks, He got his crew out and finished the job in 2 days on 90+ temps. The work was not easy but they did an amazing job and cleaned everything up before they left all this with a great price will definitely call frank again for future projects.

During the initial visit I gave Frank my total budget and he put together an itemized account of how much I could spend on each item to help guide me. Once the work started, he was always on time. He is very kind, polite and personable. His attention to detail is great. He is a perfectionist. He spent so much time measuring over and over again to get things perfect. Every time we hit a roadblock, whether it was with plumbing, walls or floors that were not straight, he took the time to figure out a solution. I did have a difficult bathroom to work with, as the walls and floors were not level. I could not be happier with the outcome!
Sorn Yan2023-03-22Frank and his team did an amazing job. they worked on our garage and placed dry wall over spray foam. In addition, they even went beyond and helped us take down heavy bags that were in the way. 10/10 would recommend Frank to anyone!
Heather Drexler2023-02-06This group is by far the best contractor I've been blessed to discover. They have done wonderful work which included knocking out walls (which was no easy task since I have a very old house with plaster walls), installing a gorgeous kitchen countertop, removal of an entire tile floor (very hard work), installing a new vinyl floor, and replacing interior doors. These guys do it all - they also installed pendant lighting, a ceiling fan, and were able to remove and reinstall plumbing for the floor installation. Perhaps this is expected, but I was thankful they had all the necessary skillsets! This group also had new gutters installed for our house (which only took a couple of hours!), and also installed 11 windows. I highly recommend this group for your home project(s) - it's sooo nice to find a contractor that doesn't 'ghost' you. This seems to be a common practice in the contractor world, which is frustrating, BUT because of this ghosting 'practice', I found these great people. I couldn't imagine if I didn't! Thank you so much, Certified!
SandyDavid Gift2022-09-23We had a fire at our home in December 2021. Certified Home Renovations and Storm Repair did all of the reconstruction work. They replaced the roof, rebuilt the front porch, replaced the flooring throughout the house, painted, put in new ceilings and overhead fans, replaced windows and doors and repaired a structural defect which if left unresolved could have caused serious damage to the house. Our house is over 100 years old and the team encountered many challenges along the way, but always resolved the issues. The team members were skilled, dependable and hard working. They were a real pleasure to work with and we would hire them again without question.

From the start of my patio installation to its completion, he kept me updated on everything he was going to do. His employees were friendly and worked at a fast pace. They finished both my patios in the exact timeframe he committed too. They were always on time and worked very efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with the patios they installed for my home.
